Role Description

Social Media & Content Creation:

-Develop, plan, and execute engaging content for SM Projects’ social media channels.

-Create posts, reels, and campaign ideas that reflect the company’s brand identity.

-Use LinkedIn to generate B2B leads and build professional visibility.

-Track social media performance and optimize strategies.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management:

-Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.

-Understand client requirements, share updates, and maintain relationships.

-Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Lead Handling & Conversion:

-Manage incoming leads from various channels.

-Nurture prospects and support in converting them into clients.

-Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-ups for leads.

Execution & Team Coordination:

-Work closely with the design, execution, and marketing teams to deliver projects as per timelines.

-Ensure all client activities are aligned with project objectives.

-Maintain reports of campaigns, lead pipelines, and client feedback.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

-1–3 years of experience in social media management and client servicing (agency or corporate).

-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, content writing, and digital marketing basics.

-Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams effectively.
