Social Media & Business Development Manager

As a talented and driven Social Media & Business Development Manager at our social media & content agency, you will have the opportunity to blend creative execution with client acquisition. Your role will involve understanding social media and building relationships with brands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, script, and execute content, including ideation, trend-based concepts, shoot references, and posting - Create & curate creatives using Canva; assist with basic video editing for reels - Stay updated with platform trends, audios, formats, and apply them contextually - Conduct social media audits and present improvement strategies - Track performance metrics and prepare reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness - Ensure posts are optimized for engagement & relevance - Plan, schedule & publish content across Instagram and other social platforms - Identify and reach out to potential brands, creators, and businesses for collaborations & retainers - Pitch our social media, branding & photoshoot services to qualified leads - Build and maintain client relationships from first contact to onboarding - Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and pricing conversations - Meet monthly outreach & conversion targets **Qualifications Required:** - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Passionate about social media and understanding Instagram/Facebook - Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable speaking to potential clients - A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup - Keep up with trends in content, campaigns & brand storytelling This is a Full-time | Hybrid | Paid role with a compensation range of 20,000 - 30,000 per month along with performance-based incentives.
