Social Media Management: About Gluay: Gluay is an innovative and growing brand in the food and beverage space, focused on delivering quality products with bold, memorable branding. As we expand our reach and solidify our online presence, we’re seeking a skilled Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our digital engagement, maintain a consistent brand voice, and optimize our e-commerce experience. Role Overview: This is a dynamic, multi-functional role that blends social media strategy, content creation, basic web management, and branding. The ideal candidate is highly creative, self-motivated, and has a strong eye for design and detail. You’ll be responsible for both maintaining and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms, including Shopify, social media, and our website. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Schedule regular posts, manage engagement, and respond to audience interactions Monitor trends and adapt content to maintain relevance and engagement Design & Content Creation: Design graphics, packaging elements, promotional visuals, and digital assets Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity and voice Website & Shopify Management: Update and manage products, visuals, banners, and content on our Shopify store Perform basic frontend edits and layout adjustments on our main website Troubleshoot minor issues and ensure seamless user experience Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Collaborate on marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms for content development and ideation Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, graphic design, and brand marketing Strong proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design platforms Solid understanding of Shopify and basic website editing (HTML/CSS is a plus) Excellent written and spoken English Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content and efficiency Creative, resourceful, and highly organized Comfortable working independently and managing multiple responsibilities What We Offer: Competitive monthly salary with performance-based commission incentives Opportunity to work closely with the founder and play a key role in the brand’s growth A supportive and entrepreneurial environment To Apply: Please submit your resume, portfolio (including social media, graphics, and/or Shopify work), and a brief introduction to chairman.ageo@gmail.com .
