Tasks you have to manage:

• Campaign execution.

  Own coordination for multiple brand campaigns - timelines, approvals, reminders, submissions. Ensure smooth execution from idea → delivery.

• Creator coordination.

  Source, shortlist, reach out, follow-up, maintain clean records, ensure zero miss.

• Internal operations.

  Maintain trackers, timeline, files, dashboards, documents, contract,etc.

• Research support.

  Competitor research, creator lists, trend discovery - keep the team informed fast.

• Admin for momentum.

  Get what’s needed without delay - documents, approvals, access, communication, misc ops.

Who are you?

• High ownership - you don’t drop balls.
• Clear communicator with strong follow - through.
• Comfortable with unstructured work and ambiguity.
• Zero ego on unglamorous work.
• Already has experience running operations and/or managing content/creators.
• 1 to 2 years experience in ops, content coordination, or agency environments.
