Job Description

Primary Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, expand digital presence, drive engagement, and support lead-generation goals.
  • Create compelling, high-quality, and shareable content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Manage end-to-end social media operations, including strategic content planning, scheduling, monitoring, and timely responses to comments, queries, and audience interactions.
  • Optimize social media profiles and posts for visibility and engagement using effective keyword strategies, hashtags, tagging methods, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop visually strong creatives, videos, and multimedia assets for various campaigns.
  • Lead performance analysis using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth, along with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform features, and advertising advancements, applying them to enhance campaign success and brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry patterns and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and differentiation.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels and communication touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media initiatives with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the website development and maintenance team to ensure brand alignment, timely content updates, and synchronization of web and social media communication strategies.
  • Lead, guide, and nurture content creators, video developers, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, engaging social media content.
  • Develop niche brand presentation decks and strategic communication materials required for participation in major events across various jurisdictions, supporting visibility and positioning efforts.
  • Develop high-quality blogs, content pieces, and micro-content (bits) in coordination with cross-jurisdictional and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, market positioning, and current digital trends.
  • Work closely with internal subject-matter experts to translate technical insights into engaging digital content tailored for multiple platforms and target audiences.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely creation, review, and publishing of content across all regions.
  • Develop high-quality corporate presentations, brand profiles, capability decks, and communication materials for global forums, leadership presentations, seminars, partner meetings, and cross-border industry events.
  • Translate complex organisational structures, service lines, and business narratives into clear, visually compelling, and persuasive PPTs and decks, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, including tone, visual identity, messaging standards, and design principles across all presentation materials.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of the firms nature of business, group structure, jurisdictions, and target audience to craft context-appropriate and high-impact communication content.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teamsincluding design, marketing, partners, and subject-matter expertsto collect inputs, validate content, and ensure factual accuracy.
  • Curate event-specific communication kits, including speaker notes, talking points, briefing documents, and branded templates for seminars, conferences, and external representation.
  • Ensure timely updates and version control of all communication assets, reflecting the latest achievements, service offerings, compliance requirements, and market positioning.

Uphold the highest standard of clarity, professionalism, and strategic storytelling in all materials delivered on behalf of the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a Social Media Manager/Specialist or equivalent strategic digital marketing and Communication Role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and scaling social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft impactful messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
  • High level of creative thinking with the capability to conceptualize and execute innovative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends, evolving platform features, and competitive digital landscape dynamics.
  • Experience in creating or supervising the development of multimedia content, including graphics, reels, videos, and campaign creatives.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, lead creative contributors, and operate seamlessly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in content creation, including blogs, articles, PPTs, corporate decks, video scripts, and branded assets.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, corporate identity, and visual communication principles.
  • Ability to analyse digital metrics, generate insights, and optimise content performance.
  • Proficient in using communication and collaboration tools (email, Google Drive, project/task management tools etc...).
