We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) interested in a dynamic role in group finance, MIS, consolidation, and cross-border financial advisory. We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in multi-jurisdictional financial reporting and exposure to global business transactions, covering but not limited to India, UAE, USA, Singapore, and the UK.

Position Title:

Primary Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with detailed variance and ratio analysis.
• Develop management dashboards and financial packs for leadership review.
• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind-AS/IFRS.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting across group entities. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario-based analysis.
• Track and report budget vs. actual performance with management commentary.
• Assistance in FEMA, Transfer Pricing, and other global regulations.
• Prepare board and investor presentations on group financials.
• Provide financial analysis for restructuring, investments, and strategic projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and business advisory.
• Contribute to process improvement and implementation of best practices in reporting.
• Contribute Strategically in implementing the internal policies, procedures, and accounting controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations, mitigating financial risks

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant with 1-1.5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS) and consolidation practices.
• Exposure to cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multi-entity data.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and professional ethics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cross-border transactions and international compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with FEMA, Transfer Pricing, and foreign exchange control regulations.
• Exposure to group-level MIS reporting and financial analysis/reporting.
• Understanding of corporate structuring, consolidation software/tools, and reporting automation.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Preference will be given to the Candidates having prior experience with the small/mid-sized CA Professional Firm
