Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that support the companys marketing, branding, and communication needs. The role includes designing for digital platforms, social media, print material, and other brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Branding

• Develop high-quality graphics for social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional content.
  
• Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
  

2. Print & Offline Designs

• Design brochures, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers when required.
  

3. Video & Motion Graphics (Basic Preferred)

• Create short animated graphics, product videos, or motion-based posts (if applicable).
  
• Edit videos for social media platforms.
  

4. Collaboration & Planning

• Work closely with marketing, digital, and content teams to understand design requirements.
  
• Convert ideas and concepts into visually engaging creatives.
  
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
  

5. Asset Management

• Maintain and organize project files, design archives, and brand elements.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all design tasks.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in:
  
• Adobe Photoshop
  
• Adobe Illustrator
  
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred)
  
• Canva (optional but useful)
  
• Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of social media design trends.
  
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve designs accordingly.
