Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and order fulfillment across 3PLs and internal warehousing.
Drive process optimization and standardization (e. g. , SOP implementation, warehouse management procedures, FIFO), focusing on OTIF performance and loss mitigation.
Manage vendor relationships coordinate with suppliers, 3PL partners, and logistics vendors to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and strong SLA adherence.
Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, GST filings, and warehouse safety norms.
Implement and enhance warehouse and logistics systems (WMS, ERP, automation tools, track-and-trace) and lead analytics-driven improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Production, and Sales to align supply chain activities with organizational goals and budgets.
Build and lead a high-performing team: oversee manpower planning, training, and foster continuous improvement culture across logistics operations.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated experience in managing regional or national logistics networks within fast-paced, high-growth businesses.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Zoho, MS Dynamics), warehouse management systems, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with proven cost management capabilities.
Ability to lead through ambiguity, scale operations, implement strategic logistics solutions, and drive operational excellence.
