About the Role

Social & Content Manager

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and creator - someone who understands brand-building, consumer culture, and platform trends, while ensuring flawless execution and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Define and execute the social and content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create and oversee engaging content across formats - static, video, reels, and long-form.
  • Maintain brand tonality, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Social Media Management

  • Manage the brands presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan monthly content calendars and lead day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management.
  • Monitor platform trends, consumer conversations, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

Campaigns & Collaborations

  • Drive social-led campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content collaborations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, production team, agencies, and creators to deliver high-quality output.
  • Amplify campaigns through paid media in partnership with the performance marketing team.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions) and report regularly.
  • Derive insights to optimize content and improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of emerging tools, formats, and platform updates.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, PR, E-commerce, and Digital Media teams to integrate content into larger marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer culture, digital platforms, and storytelling techniques.
  • Proven experience in managing brand accounts with strong content engagement.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; comfort with visual storytelling.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and influencer platforms.
