Role : Endpoint Security Analyst

Location : Noida

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Endpoint Security Analyst to join our Information Security team and play a crucial role in safeguarding our endpoint devices from advanced threats. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring McAfee/Trellix endpoint security solutions to ensure the comprehensive protection of our organization's data and systems. This role demands a proactive approach and a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and Configuration:
• Design and implement endpoint security policies and configurations aligned with organizational security standards.
• Deploy and configure McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security (MEE/ENS) agents on all endpoints, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.
• Integrate MEE/ENS with other security tools and infrastructure for centralized management and threat detection.
• Monitoring and Analysis:
• Proactively monitor MEE/ENS dashboards and alerts for suspicious activity, potential threats, and security incidents.
• Investigate security events, analyze logs, and identify root causes of intrusions or compromises.
• Perform forensic analysis of infected endpoints to understand attack vectors and mitigate future risks.
• Maintenance and Optimization:
• Configure and manage antivirus signatures, definitions, and updates to maintain optimal protection against evolving threats.
• Implement and maintain endpoint firewall rules, application control policies, and data loss prevention configurations.
• Perform regular reviews and optimization of MEE/ENS settings to ensure efficient operation and resource utilization.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Generate regular reports summarizing endpoint security trends, identified threats, and remediation actions taken.
• Communicate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders regarding security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in incident response activities and provide technical expertise during security events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in endpoint security management and administration.
• Proven expertise in McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security (MEE/ENS) platforms and technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, protocols, and threats.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an investigative mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹520,000.00 per year
