Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Staffing Manager - Sales & Delivery. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for handling employee relations, managing HR tasks, and ensuring effective communication. The role also includes conducting training sessions and leading the recruiting process to meet organizational staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions
• Proficiency in Recruiting processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in staffing or recruitment agencies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
