Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Snowflake and Mainframe Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs on Snowflake and Mainframe technologies. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, assessing participant performance, and staying updated on industry trends and advancements. The trainer will also mentor learners, provide hands-on guidance, and ensure a practical understanding of concepts.

Qualifications

Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Snowflake and Mainframe technologies
Proficiency in technical training delivery and curriculum development
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and guide participants through both theory and practical applications
Previous experience as a corporate technical trainer is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Passion for teaching and fostering skill development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
