We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data & Analytics Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in AnzoGraph, and a strong understanding of Snowflake, Matillion, and AWS cloud services.

You will be responsible for supporting and optimizing data pipelines, graph analytics, and cloud-based data platforms in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintenance for AnzoGraph-based data solutions.

Collaborate with data engineering teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Matillion ETL and Snowflake.

Monitor and optimize performance of graph queries and data models in AnzoGraph. Ensure seamless integration of AnzoGraph with other data platforms and tools.

Support data ingestion, transformation, and visualization workflows across AWS services. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of data-related issues.

Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with AnzoGraph DB or similar graph database technologies. Exposure to Python, react.js and Javascript Strong knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing and Matillion ETL.

Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EC2. Proficiency in SQL, SPARQL, and graph query languages. Familiarity with data modeling, metadata management, and semantic technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data support roles within enterprise-scale environments. Certifications in AWS, Snowflake, or related technologies are a plus.
