Role & responsibilities

Responsible for SMA process parameters standardization and co-work with customer for process lock-down
Develop new technology product SMA process flow
Assign job objective to team and lead the ME team to complete all the tasks
Finalize SMT feasible production flow.
Customer Handling
New Project FAI , CS and Other validations
CFT Handling.
Knowledge in MS Office to prepare FA & DFM Reports
