Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED, an Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and be able to design and implement efficient processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor progress.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process operations.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of process design principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
