You will be responsible for enhancing our brand and building strong online communities through various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Design basic creatives and collaborate with the design team for visual content. Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations, and engage with users. Grow followers, increase engagement, and build a strong community. Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns. Track and report performance metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and goals. Research hashtags, competitor content, and trending topics to optimize strategy. Requirements: 0 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a related field. Good understanding of popular social media platforms and trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for content creation. Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and pay attention to detail. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. Passion for digital media, branding, and content marketing.
