SME_State Credit Head - Kota

As a State Credit Head for SME credit operations in Rajasthan, your role will involve driving high-quality underwriting, maintaining a healthy portfolio, and ensuring credit policy compliance to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead credit appraisal and approval for SME proposals throughout the state. - Ensure robust financial analysis and risk assessment in alignment with policies. - Monitor portfolio quality, delinquencies, and early warning indicators. - Guide and develop a team of credit managers. - Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections for smooth business flow. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards. Qualifications Required: - MBA/CA/Finance graduate preferred. - 8-12 years of SME/MSME/LAP credit experience in an NBFC or bank. - Strong analytical skills, financial understanding, and market awareness. - Team handling experience with a focus on quality and Turn Around Time (TAT).,
