Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a State Credit Head to lead SME credit operations across Rajasthan. The role involves driving high-quality underwriting, maintaining a healthy portfolio, and ensuring credit policy compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead credit appraisal and approval for SME proposals across the state.
Ensure robust financial analysis and risk assessment as per policy.
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquencies, and early warning indicators.
Guide and develop a team of credit managers.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections to enable smooth business flow.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards.

Requirements

MBA/CA/Finance graduate preferred.
812 years of SME/MSME/LAP credit experience in an NBFC or bank.
Strong analytical skills, financial understanding, and market awareness.
Team handling experience with a focus on quality and TAT.
