Subject Matter Expert (SME) Multiple Subjects

Languages : English, Hindi, Kannada

Social Sciences : History, Civics, Geography,Economics

Science : Biology, Physics, Chemistry

Job Title : Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Department : Academic / Curriculum / ContentDevelopment

Location : Kodathi Campus (Sarjapur Road)

Reporting To : Principal

Job Summary:

We are seeking knowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Experts(SMEs) to develop, review, and validate high-quality academic content alignedwith curriculum standards. SMEs will work closely with instructional designers,content developers, and curriculum planners to ensure subject accuracy,pedagogical relevance, and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and revise curriculum-alignedcontent including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and digital learningmaterials.

Ensure academic accuracy, conceptual clarity,and grade-appropriateness of content.

Support the creation of storyboards, scripts,and other multimedia learning assets.

Collaborate with instructional designers toincorporate effective teaching strategies and pedagogical principles.

Conduct peer reviews of content prepared byother team members.

Stay updated with curriculum frameworks (e.g.,NCERT, CBSE) and evolving pedagogy.

Provide academic expertise for productdevelopment, teacher training, and marketing collaterals, if required.

Participate in meetings and brainstormingsessions with cross-functional teams.

Adhere to timelines while maintaining highstandards of content quality.

Requirements
Required Qualifications Skills:

Bacheloror Masterdegree in the relevantsubject. B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred for school-level roles.

4+ years of experience in teaching or academiccontent development.

Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplifycomplex concepts.

Familiarity with educational technologies anddigital tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

Attention to detail and commitment to academicintegrity.

Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment.
