Key Responsibilities:

• Train and conduct interviews for Bench Sales IT candidates, including OPT/CPT/Stem-OPT, freshers, and junior & senior level candidates.
• Train for interviews via

  Video, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Web Cam

  ,

  Otter AI, TextNow

  etc.
• Arrange and coordinate interview calls to place consultants on projects efficiently.
• Train consultants on tools like

  Skype, Web Cam, Otter, Lip-sync

  , and best practices for interviews and professional behavior.
• Coordinate

  proxy interviews

  and ensure consultants are fully prepared and client-ready.
• Working knowledge of

  smart AI tools

  like

  Grain, Fireflies.ai, Tactiq, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Magical.ai, Interview Warmup, Rezi.ai, and Yoodli.ai

  is an added advantage.
• Schedule and manage interviews, including communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Utilize

  AI tools

  like

  ChatGPT

  for project methods and resume alignment.
• Organize

  training sessions, mock interviews

  , and performance evaluations.
• Maintain and monitor consultant progress via

  Excel sheets

  , reporting regularly to management.
• Conduct

  phone interviews

  to assess applicants skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Maintain detailed records of consultant progress, placements, and client feedback.
• Update resumes and post on job portals:

  LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice

  , etc.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive consultant information.
• Demonstrate proficiency with

  MS Excel, fast typing, video conferencing tools, market research tools

  , and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication

  , Excel, and organizational skills is must.
• A working knowledge of PBX phones and cloud CRMs like

  Fongo, Zadarma, TextNow, and Otter AI

  to arrange phone interviews is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in

  consultant operations, staffing, or recruitment

  preferred.
