Slimming Head

As a part of Vecura Wellness, India's first scientific slimming clinic, your role will involve leading and supervising the slimming team, which includes dietitians and wellness consultants. You will oversee the daily operations of the slimming department to ensure smooth client service and treatment delivery. Your responsibilities will also include creating and monitoring customized diet and wellness plans for clients, ensuring the achievement of in-house monthly sales and conversion targets, conducting regular training and performance evaluations for the slimming team, maintaining client records, monitoring progress, and ensuring client retention through follow-ups and consultations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the clinic manager and marketing team to run promotional offers and wellness campaigns while ensuring adherence to company standards, SOPs, and service quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the slimming team, including dietitians and wellness consultants. - Oversee daily operations of the slimming department to ensure smooth client service and treatment delivery. - Create and monitor customized diet and wellness plans for clients. - Ensure achievement of in-house monthly sales and conversion targets. - Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the slimming team. - Maintain client records, monitor progress, and ensure retention through follow-ups and consultations. - Collaborate with the clinic manager and marketing team to run promotional offers and wellness campaigns. - Ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, and service quality benchmarks. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian in a slimming or wellness clinic. - Proven experience in leading a team and handling operational targets. - Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to drive results through motivation, coaching, and performance management.,
