(7 to 10 yrs) Responsibilities- Good level of knowledge in ALL SuccessFactors modules, especially on how to better integrate multiple modules connected in the same landscape Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business processes and requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Performance Goals, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Compensation, to meet specific business needs. Conduct workshops, interviews, and business process analysis to gather and document functional and technical specifications. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of configured SuccessFactors solutions. Provide expert guidance on HR best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize talent management and HR operations. Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new SuccessFactors systems. Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration, data migration, and customization activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to client requirements.
