Job Description

The Six Sigma Process Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on efficiency, quality, and agility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that drive significant business value. The ideal candidate for this role will have 7-10 years of experience in process transformation and will be a strong leader, adept at driving change in a dynamic environment. You will lead and manage Six Sigma process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Applying Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and DMADV, you will analyze, design, and optimize key business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with stakeholders to define process improvement objectives, scope, and metrics will also be a key responsibility. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex process inefficiencies, waste, and quality issues across the organization will be part of your role. You will lead and mentor a team of Green Belts and Black Belts in executing process improvement projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Preparation and presentation of detailed process analysis reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior leadership will be essential. You will develop and conduct training sessions for team members on Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices. Utilizing data analysis and statistical methods to support decision-making and ensure accurate measurement of process improvements will also be crucial. Collaboration with business units to drive successful implementation of changes and ensure sustainability of process improvements is another key aspect of the role. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging Six Sigma tools to enhance the company's process transformation capabilities is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (with a Master's degree preferred) is required. Additionally, you should have 7-10 years of experience in process improvement and transformation, with at least 4 years of experience leading Six Sigma projects. A Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required, while Lean certification is preferred. Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and advanced data analysis tools is necessary. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex process transformation projects, and expertise in statistical analysis software and other process improvement tools is essential. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are required to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience with change management and driving cultural shifts toward continuous improvement will be beneficial. Preferred skills for this role include experience in the IT services industry.
