Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sitefinity Freelancers, located in Chennai. The role involves the day-to-day tasks of developing, maintaining, and updating web applications using Sitefinity. The freelancer will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand requirements, creating and implementing customized solutions, ensuring the software is secure, and troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise. The role also includes performing code reviews, optimizing web content for performance, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sitefinity and hands-on experience with web development
• Skills in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database management
• Strong understanding of web security practices and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in content management systems and previous work in a similar role is a plus
