Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Site Visit Coordinator. The Site Visit Coordinator will organize and execute site tours for clients, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination with relevant teams. Responsibilities include preparing and managing visit plans, effectively communicating project details to clients, ensuring the site's readiness for visits, and providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage schedules efficiently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally.
• Ability to address questions or concerns related to site visits and provide reliable solutions.
• Experience or familiarity with construction processes, real estate, or project management is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic office tools such as scheduling software and documentation tools.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, client-facing environments.
• Willingness to work on location and coordinate site-specific operations effectively.
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Pre Sales.
