Role Overview

Site Visit Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers for scheduling site visits.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team and ensure proper allocation of site visits.
  
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  
• Assist customers during site visits and ensure a seamless experience.
  
• Provide project details and address preliminary queries of customers.
  
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure maximum conversion from visits to bookings.
  
• Share timely updates and reports on visit schedules and outcomes.
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred).
  
• 1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Coordination, or a similar role (real estate background preferred).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and coordination ability.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
