Coordinate and manage property site visits for prospective clients, ensuring smooth scheduling, client communication, and follow-ups while supporting the sales team.
● Understand client requirements and schedule property site visits
● Coordinate and conduct site visits; assist with basic project details
● Liaise with sales team and builders for availability and site access
● Maintain client communication and post-visit follow-ups
● Update site visit and client records accurately
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● 0–2 years of relevant experience
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Willingness to travel within Chennai
