Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Site Supervisor role located in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites, managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and reporting on progress to project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision and management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions on-site
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience with architectural drawings and plans is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
