As a Construction Site Supervisor at Conde Construction Logistics, your role involves monitoring the behaviour of your construction team and contractors to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring everyone on the site complies with health and safety regulations - Implementing and enforcing Conde Construction Logistics" procedures and policies - Conducting site inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards - Handling onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols - Supporting the project management team in planning and managing workloads - Maintaining an accurate site log and record of personnel attendance - Liaising with clients to meet project demands - Attending site meetings - Supporting internal and external audit activities - Providing professional recommendations for changes to construction activities or procedures to boost efficiency Qualifications Required: - Experience in construction: 5 years (Preferred) This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.
