As an MBA HR professional, your role will involve filling up vacant positions as per the organizational structure requirements, checking attendance records, preparing and signing salary sheets, calculating overtime hours, conducting training sessions, updating job descriptions and job requisitions, handling joining and exit formalities, maintaining documents, formats, and HR policies, managing HR files, overseeing administration tasks, and performing stock audits.
