Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations:
Manage daily activities, coordinate vendors/workers, and ensure adherence to schedules.
Health & Safety:
Implement protocols, conduct inspections, eliminate hazards, train staff, and manage accidents.

Quality Control:
Inspect work, ensure adherence to plans/specifications, and maintain quality standards.

Team Leadership:
Supervise, instruct, motivate, schedule, and provide guidance to the construction team.

Reporting & Admin:
Maintain site logs, track attendance, prepare reports, and communicate progress.

Resource Management:
Order supplies, schedule equipment, and ensure resources are used efficiently.

Communication:
Liaise with clients, managers, architects, and engineers.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in site supervision.
Technical Skills:
Blueprint reading, understanding construction processes, safety standards, basic first aid.
Soft Skills:
Leadership, communication, problem-solving, time management, detail-oriented.
