Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor for Interior Fitout works located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the interior fitout projects, including managing daily operations, supervising contractors and laborers, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality control, adhering to project timelines and budgets, and maintaining site safety standards. The Site Supervisor will also be required to conduct regular site inspections, resolve any issues that arise, and report on project progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision and project management for interior fitout works. Any other filed project manager and supervisor don’t apply.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Prior experience in the Greater Kolkata Area is beneficial.
