Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Site Supervisor for Interior Fitout works. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, including coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget, and maintaining quality control. The role involves regular site inspections, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills including Planning, Coordination, and Task Delegation
• Hands-on experience with Interior Fitout works and knowledge of materials and processes
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen situations effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management and client interactions
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Experience in using project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Relevant work experience in interior fitout.
