Job Title: Site Supervisor – Construction / Interior Projects Location: [Patna] Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years (Fresh talent with strong learning attitude also considered) --- About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our construction and interior project sites. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn the working style of premium projects, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure smooth execution within timelines. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior works. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, materials, and quality standards. Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain project flow. Monitor manpower, material usage, and site progress; maintain daily reports. Enforce safety standards and maintain cleanliness at the site. Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and site documentation. Communicate effectively with clients and ensure smooth execution of design intent. Learn and implement premium project detailing, finish quality, and client service standards. --- Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred). 2+ years of site supervision experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a learning mindset are welcome. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
