On-site Supervision: Overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per the project plan and specifications.
Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring all personnel use appropriate safety equipment.
Quality Control: Inspecting work quality and ensuring it meets project standards.
Team Management: Coordinating and scheduling labor, equipment, and materials.
Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting to project managers.
Resource Management: Managing the inventory of materials and ensuring timely delivery.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.
Communication: Liaising with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise on-site
