Site Supervisor - Piping Industry

Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, ensuring quality control, and managing site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Direct and oversee on-site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to project plans.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, provide safety training, and manage accident protocols.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor the progress of construction activities, ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards, and address any issues or conflicts that arise.
• Resource Management: Manage site resources, including ordering and tracking the delivery of materials and ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment.
• Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to relay information, provide progress reports, and manage schedules.
• Record Keeping: Maintain essential records, such as worker timesheets, accident reports, and project updates.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that occur on the site, adjusting plans and schedules as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
