Site Supervisor / Site Engineer - Civil

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring smooth execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets. The role requires effective coordination with workforce, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring material usage, maintaining site documentation, tracking progress, and resolving on-site technical and execution-related issues. The position demands hands-on involvement in civil, structural, and canopy-related works, strict adherence to safety norms, proper site housekeeping, and timely reporting to the Project Manager to support successful project delivery.

Job Description:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor workforce, subcontractors, and resources deployed on-site.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to quality standards at all stages.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit to Project Manager.
• Verify materials delivered on-site as per project specifications.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring project timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate where required.
• Ensure work is completed within defined timelines and budgets.
• Maintain site discipline, safety norms, and proper housekeeping.
• Should be from the Construction Industry.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of site supervision, safety, and quality checks.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project Tracking).

- Ability to prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage workforce efficiently.

• Hands-on experience in supervising civil projects (preferably petrol pump or commercial construction).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
