Job Summary: Rahul Enterprises, a leading civil contracting firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely execution of projects with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule. Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely material supply and labor management. Ensure site safety protocols are implemented and maintained at all times. Maintain daily work reports, labor attendance, and project progress documentation. Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Communicate effectively with the project manager, engineers, and client representatives. Manage quality control checks and report deviations immediately. Assist in preparing site-level budgets, timelines, and material requirements. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proven track record of handling residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
