🧱 Job Title Project Manager / Site Supervisor – Commercial Interior Turnkey Projects 🏢 Company Gajjar & Associates Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (with travel across India) 🛠️ Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee and execute high-end commercial interior turnkey projects across Mumbai and Pan India. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically sound, and possess strong leadership and communication skills to manage site operations, vendors, and ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage end-to-end interior turnkey project execution on-site. Coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning. Ensure adherence to architectural and technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Monitor day-to-day site activities, resolve on-site issues, and provide technical guidance. Conduct regular progress reviews, generate reports, and ensure documentation. Travel to project sites Pan India as required. 📌 Desired Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial interior turnkey project management/site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction practices, interior fit-outs, and vendor coordination. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools. Effective communication, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
