Job Title: AutoCAD Designer – Commercial Interior Turnkey Projects Location: Thane Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years (Commercial Interiors preferred) Salary: As per industry standards Company Overview:We are a leading commercial interior turnkey contracting company, specializing in design & build solutions for offices, retail spaces, hospitality, and institutional interiors. With a strong focus on execution excellence and timely delivery, we are expanding our design and drafting team. Job Responsibilities:Develop detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery for commercial interior projects. Interpret architectural and design briefs and convert them into execution-ready drawings. Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, and site engineers to ensure accurate drawings aligned with client requirements and site conditions. Update and maintain drawing records for ongoing and completed projects. Conduct site visits for measurement, validation, and coordination when required. Prepare layout drawings for space planning, furniture arrangement, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination. Assist in preparing BOQs and material take-offs based on drawings. Key Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D optional). Knowledge of basic interior services coordination (MEP, HVAC). Familiarity with commercial interior materials, finishes, and detailing. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and technical documentation. Good communication and time-management skills. Preferred:Experience with turnkey commercial interior projects (offices, showrooms, restaurants). Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D software is a plus.
