We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our interior designing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design and excellent client handling skills. The candidate should be able to manage and supervise the execution of projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standard and within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site

Ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard and within budget and timeline

Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the design vision is implemented effectively

Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the execution of projects

Ensure that materials and finishes are sourced and installed according to the design specifications

Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and the design team

Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on the progress of projects and to address any concerns they may have

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on-site

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design, with a focus on site supervision

Excellent knowledge of interior design principles and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong communication and client handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
