Job summary

We are a growing company specializing in the manufacturing of steel doors and windows. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our production unit in Mukkam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in steel fabrication and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in the steel door and window fabrication unit.

Manage and guide a team of workers to meet production targets efficiently.

Ensure product quality and compliance with technical drawings and specifications.

Maintain production schedules and allocate tasks to team members.

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and machinery.

Eforce safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Report production status and issues to management regularly.

Qualifications

no experience in steel fabrication or related supervisory role.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with metal doors/windows manufacturing.

Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control.

Salary

Based on experience and skill level. Negotiable for the right candidate basic salary 15000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
