Job Title: Quality Engineer – Construction (Real Estate Projects) Department: Quality Assurance / Construction Location: Project Site (As Assigned) Reporting To: Quality Manager / Project Manager Job Purpose: To ensure that all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, standards, and quality norms of the company, maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance & Control Implement and monitor project quality control procedures and inspection plans at site. Verify workmanship and materials against approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and project quality standards.
