Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, coordinate with contractors and clients, ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations, and maintain quality control standards. Additional responsibilities include scheduling and managing site resources, addressing any issues that arise on-site, and reporting progress to higher management.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing construction or design projects
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems on-site
• Experience with construction software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
