Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, particularly with TOSTEM products, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and management.
• Monitor installation and handling of TOSTEM products.
• Maintain site documentation and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Civil Diploma (mandatory)
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and quality standards
• Experience with TOSTEM products (required)
