Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations at furniture and interior design project sites. This includes coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and resolving any on-site issues promptly. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and according to the client's specifications. Qualifications Experience in project management and site supervision in the interior design or construction industry Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction and interior design Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills Ability to resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively Proficiency in using project management tools and software Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience in modular furniture and interior projects is a plus Show more Show less
