As a Site Supervisor at Interazzo, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively among clients, designers, and project teams. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site operations, understanding client requirements, and acting as a liaison between clients and project managers. The role involves explaining technical requirements to team members, providing positive direction for quality performance, setting project goals, and ensuring project completion. Effective communication with clients to address implementation queries is essential, especially for high-end luxury Villas/Residential Projects. Additionally, staying updated on design industry developments and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office are required. Qualifications for this position include a Diploma in civil or related field, 2 to 5 years of experience in the Residential Interior Industry, proficiency in Excel, and preferably knowledge of AutoCAD.
