Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the Site.
• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and project manager.
• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others.
• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion.
• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries.
• Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end luxury Villas/ Residential Projects.
• Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
• Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil or related field.
• 2 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential, while knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Communication in English, Hindi & Telgu is Mandatory.
