Role Overview: You will be assisting the Manager - Operations in day-to-day operations by following the Standard Operating Process. As a Site Supervisor, you will have a high intensity, high responsibility, and hands-on role. Your involvement in day-to-day operations will be crucial, including tracking and following up on service levels to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and employees. - Build and manage vendor relationships, providing on-the-go training when necessary. - Manage and minimize process and system deviations. - Ensure delivery SLAs are met while maximizing customer satisfaction. - Engage vendors to maximize their business involvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 0-4 years of experience in a similar role. - Food-Tech experience is preferred. - Background in Hotel Management. - Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
