As a Site Supervisor at ToBox Ventures Private Limited, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high service levels. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and employees, managing vendor relationships, minimizing process deviations, and ensuring delivery SLAs are met to maximize customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be engaging vendors to enhance their business involvement. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain healthy relationships with clients and employees. - Manage vendor relationships and provide on-the-go training. - Minimize process and system deviations. - Manage delivery SLAs and enhance customer satisfaction. - Engage vendors to increase their business involvement. In your role, you will be expected to ensure friendly, efficient, and professional food & beverage service to all clients" employees. You will need to familiarize yourself with events, supervise vendor team members, resolve complaints and challenges, conduct vendor partner training, and maintain impeccable grooming and personal presentation while upholding high and consistent standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 0-4 years of experience. - Food-Tech experience preferred. - Hotel Management background. - Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
